Newer concrete requires specialized care
Some recently poured driveways have a softer, more vulnerable upper surface layer. That changes both how the concrete should be cleaned and how aggressively existing marks can be treated.
Fairway evaluates the condition of the concrete and chooses the appropriate detergent and pressure level instead of automatically treating it like an older, fully established driveway.
Clay and tire marks that could be treated aggressively on older concrete require greater restraint on a vulnerable new surface.

Many penetrating concrete sealers are chosen primarily for below-surface protection and leave little protection where stains first contact the driveway. Fairway uses a maintainable surface sealer selected to help protect the appearance of the concrete.

Maintainable by design
The sealer is intended to take wear at the surface while helping resist contaminants and making future cleanup easier. As that protective layer wears, a maintenance coat can replenish it.
Most driveways should be evaluated for resealing approximately every two years, depending on traffic, exposure and concrete porosity.
